During dochathon I found this error in our xml files. Most of them points here:

  PUBLIC "-//NetBSD//DTD Website-based NetBSD Extension//EN"
         "http://www.NetBSD.org/XML/htdocs/lang/share/xml/website-netbsd.dtd">

But this link is incorrect, good location is here

<!DOCTYPE webpage

         "http://www.NetBSD.org/share/xml/website-netbsd.dtd">

Also our website-netbsd.dtd needs some changes to properly include entities files.
