Hi,

This complain is about the "NetBSD Projects" web page and the ZFS 
section under "Filesystems".

        http://www.netbsd.org/contrib/projects.html#zfs

It contains: "[...]probably complete rewrite needed due to 
licensing[...]" As far as I know, there are
no official statements from Core or TNF against the CDDL.

So where does the demur come from? Has this issue still to be clarified 
by TNF?

I fear that  the sentence is  discouraging potential developers.
