May I add a htdocs/Documentation/internals/TODO file?

I'd like to see a section on log(9) and system message buffers, especially
since log(9) manual page is missing a lot.

I am looking for documentation for logpri(), klogpri(), vlog(),
logwakeup(), addlog(), logpoll(), logread(), etc., the format of the
priority level, and how the kern_msgbuf buffer actually gets to
/dev/klog.

(I have found some comments in the subr_log.c and subr_prf.c source code
though.)
