I believe technical-exec is wider and includes 'core' and 'pkgsrc-pmc'. See
http://www.netbsd.org/Foundation/. About the resolutions, they are
similar but different. One can say that core is about NetBSD and
technical-exec is about NetBSD and pkgsrc, I believe.
