Hello,

the Release_Notes (seen on RC4) are not translated to german language. 
  If noone did this in the past, I would like to do it now. First for 
RC4, then, if the release of 2.0 is in safe ways, with differences, 
for 2.0"final".

But if someone is doing this right now, this would be double-work, not 
so effective.

So my question is: Someone doing this right now?
