Hi,

 I have changed the way of special characters (quotation mark,
 Latin characters, and so on) handling of the guide.  daniel@ reported
 several problems to me (thanks!), but if someone else also have
 problems, please let me know.

 And a "make lint" target is added.  Please use this to make sure
 that your change has no syntax error before your committing.  Thanks.
