Hi!

I've fixed few errors in offsets and sizes in chap-rf.xml. Could someone
please check if the guide is still missing something from my original
document found at http://users.piuha.net/martti/comp/raid/raid.html.

I think they should be the same now, but as we all know one is blind
when looking his own text...

PS. Could someone please regen the HTML files as I don't have the
     required tools installed.
