hello everybody!

i'm a vietnamese netBSD's user! and want to contribute
to netBSD via translate  NetBSD to vietnamese.
i has read the "Appendix B. Contributing to the NetBSD
guide" of netBSD Guide,
so howto checkout this guide (en) in CVS server for
translate?
