Yes, I understand that it was a new 1.5.x feature. (I tried to explain
that with "since February".)

I believe it should also have a summary of changes between the current
official release (1.5.3) and 1.6, because it may be confusing to mention
features that aren't really new because they may have been in official
1.5.1 (or whatever) for over a year (for example).

Nevertheless, it is interesting to explain what a major release is -- an
the significance and differences between the last one.
