Hi!

Is there a more or less complete and integrated documentation about the 
NetBSD source tree, explaining what various subdirectories stand for, and 
what various files do, file formats, concepts, etc. etc. etc?

The direct reason why I would need such docs is that I found pointers to 
src/distrib/*/ramdisk* regarding boot floppies for various purposes, but I 
don't know what the files exactly do in there, and how I could modify/use 
them for my own floppies... Any help appreciated.
