Resync with htdocs/errors/*:

  - match the revision 1.9 of index.xml (new links on recently moved docs,
    latest release - 2.0.2, fixups);
  - rebuild with WebSite 2.5;

Please note, at this moment documents still use WebSite DTD. All the
site will be switched to Website-based NetBSD Extensions after further
cumulative update.
