DeviceKit 003 for NetBSD

Hey folks --

I have completed a port of the base DeviceKit component to NetBSD. 
DeviceKit's only responsibility is device attach/detach/change notification; 
effort is still required to port DeviceKit-power and DeviceKit-disks.

There are two files here; the first is a patch to the original DeviceKit-003 
distribution that allows building devkit-gobject (the client library) 
separately from devkitd. The NetBSD devkitd is distributed separately and 
depends on devkit-gobject.

The DeviceKit-003 patch along with devkitd-jmcneill-003 can be found at the

Hopefully this will provide a starting point for further development in this 
area.
