 This is hard to diagnose remotely, as all auto-builds of the netbsd-11
 branch work and there is nothing special in the build.sh command line
 besides the -V KERNEL_DIR=yes (which is unlikely to cause the kind
 of fallout you see).
 
 Something in the build must have gone wrong shortly before the list
 of commands that you showed in the PR. You need to check everything
 from first creation of fs.spec to the failure for error messages.
