 Small update: that SIMH VAX was updated to 11.0 and the test rerun.
 At the "stepping over memory, up" step, the machine froze:
  - user space not responding, ssh sessions dead
  - console login (getty) froze after typing the username and hitting enter
  - machine not reachable via ping
 
 At this point, the SIMH VAX was configured for 64M RAM (the maximum
 supported by the real MicroVAX 3900 hardware).
