Get a working install with GENERIC on a server with a high number of CPUs (in this case, 24 including hyperthreading). Attempt to boot a DOM0 kernel.

A workaround is to set dom0_max_vcpus=1 on the xen command line. i.e. have the multiboot section of boot.cfg as:
