State-Changed-Why:
There have been changes to sbc(4) that allow the bus to handle aborts - which
are common with scsi ethernet devices.

Also sbc(4) had issues with the previous default mode PDMA on various PowerBook
1xx machines (excluding the PB150/190). For these machines the default has
been changed to SBC_INTR. A new flag was also added SBC_PDMA_NOWRITE which
would downgrade write ops with PDMA to polling.
