 As far as I know, the makeself tool is affected. There was an attempt to
 use count=3D0 to skip an offset;
 however, tests on NetBSD 10 failed and the change was reverted.
 At the same time, I don=E2=80=99t think anyone is waiting for this in NetBS=
 D 9 or
