 Sorry but I was involved in WSJTx debugging and EXT2 sharing between 
 Linux and NetBSD issues that I forgot completely this subject.
 
 I changed sample rate in the card from 48.000 to 44.100 in order to 
 WSJTx proper decodings and audio USB card has been working very fine 
 during hours and days, very stable indeed.
 
 Should I test the UQ_AU_INP_ASYNC to see if the errors are removed?
 
 A question about the last errors that noted here days before and I do 
 not fully understand:

 the IOERRORs are caused because I switched the sound card off?
 or...
 the error arised and when I saw that the card did not work I switched 
 off the card?
 
 I am a bit lost, tell me what I should do after changing to the 
 UQ_AU_INP_ASYNC modified kernel.
