The problem is with the newest images from NetBSD 11 BETA amd64. I even get the problem while booting from usb stick for fresh install. I use a Dell M4800 with an amd firepro m5100
>How-To-Repeat:
get an install image from netbsd daily (amd64 / UEFI) as of 20251223 and boot from it.
I unpdated the sources on a running system, compiled a distribution, GENERIC kernel and modules and installed it as you can read in the guide (upgrading system from source).
