 I wonder if there is a difference in behavior depending on whether
 NetBSD kernel is booting via UEFI or some other bootloader.
 
 I'm using UEFI firmware v1.50:
 https://github.com/pftf/RPi4/releases/download/v1.50/RPi4_UEFI_Firmware_v1.50.zip
 
 and can reproduce the issue with NetBSD-10.1_STABLE.
