 Yes, when we're using -P we should be doing it that way.
 
 And rounding up (rather than rounding to nearest) does make
 sense for df -- I'm not sure it does for any other users we
 might have of str[s]pct though (I will do a check and discover
 what else, if anything, uses it - csh maybe, that's where it came
 from, and for that, round up is probably wrong).
