I freshly compiled netbsd 11.0_BETA.  I think all went well.

Upon boot, the kernel recognises the RADEON video, loads its microcode, but fails to
initialize ttyE0, ttyE1, ttyE2, ttyE3.

ttyE0 is usable, because somehow it got initialized to what? 80x24 earlier.

ttyE1, ttyE2, ttyE3 fail, and are subsequently unusable.

I can work around ttyE3 being unavailable for xinit, by su'ing to mlr to start X
on ttyE0.

This Just Worked on same computer, netbsd 9.2.  My initial files, as far as I can
tell, didn't change from 9.2 to 11.0_BETA.
