 True and somewhat implies an md rtld issue to me.
 Another data point is that it works fine as long as liburcu is built as
 a dynamic library. We build it statically which upstream might not test
 much so that could be something to look into.
 Anyway, the fact that it works when dynamically linked suggests to me
 the synchronization code in the library is ok.
