 t_sig_backtrace: Mark xfail on sparc.
 
 Also change ATF_REQUIRE to ATF_CHECK to get more diagnostics out in a
 single test run, where appropriate.
 
 PR port-sparc64/59313: t_sig_backtrace tests are failing
