>Description:
The keyboard NumLock LED is always OFF after switching to the X-screen
(ttyE4).  Pressing the NumLock key once and the light remains OFF.  A
second press of the key turns the LED back ON.  The actual internal state
is correct at all times (as observed by pressing keypad digit keys).

When switching fro ttyE4 to constty, the LED behaves as expected - it
retains the state from before the screen switch.
