When the amdzentemp module is loaded after boot (ie, NOT built-in to
the kernel) it fails to register with sysmon and therefore the sensors
are inaccessible. If the module is built-in, eveything works as one
might expect.
>How-To-Repeat:
* Build kernel without amdzentemp (and optionally without amdsmn)
* Boot, load the module with modload
* Observe (with modstat) that the load succeeded
* Observe with envstat that no sensor device is registered
