The sparc64 tests are now running on the testbed again as both bracket
and anita have been updated to versions containing work-arounds for
the issue of multiple install ISOs, although it remains unfixed for
human users; see PR 58357.  Many of the tests now fail, but that's a
separate issue, possibly qemu version related.
