Was this with graphical console or with serial console?
If you boot it with serial console (and amdgpu module loaded), can you
share dmesg, and try starting X?

When it enters ddb like this, can you hit SPC to get to the end of the
ddb prompt, and then type `dmesg', page through with SPC, and share
the content of dmesg via similar photographs?
