I think this issue has been addressed but please follow up if the
symptoms appear again.

(In particular, netbsd-10 will generally not hang indefinitely any
more, but it may provide _other_ forms of feedback if RDRAND or other
HWRNGs are misbehaving or the machine has no HWRNG.)
