MAME also can boot from the ISO, but there is something wrong
around SCSI DMA tranfers:

I see a 382 on eBay,

but I'm afraid such old 382 often have trouble on its PSU.
(I had to replace all electrolytic capacitors in PSUs of my 425t
 and two 382)
