 Thank you for looking into this. I still think that it would be nice
 for NetBSD to behave like the other implementations. But backwards
 compatability is an issue.
 
 Also what does "revâ??d the system call." mean?
 Sorry, I am not very familiar with NetBSD or CVS so it is probably a
 silly question.
