>Description:
Booted https://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-10.0_RC1/amd64/installation/cdrom/boot.iso off BHYVE on FreeBSD, during install asks me for root dev(strange), had to tell it cd0 and installer started.
During installations asks me where to install from , I select CDROM, it tries to mount /dev/cd0a to /mnt2 and fails. I try to change device name to cd0, and again it tries cd0a instead and fails, forced to install off http instead.
>How-To-Repeat:
FreeBSD:
vm install netbsd boot.iso
router:/vm/netbsd # cat netbsd.conf
#I had to select "cd0" for root device during install then just kept hitting enter
#When installing it started bitching about not finding cdrom, I told it to use cd0
#but kept using cd0a instead, so I used http install and all went well
#Installed 10-RC1 at https://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-10.0_RC1/amd64/installation/cdrom/boot.iso
