Is this an AMD based ThinkPad? I'm seeing very similar behaviour on an AMD
based T495
- Needs "disable acpibat" to avoid hangs during boot
- Also needs "disable thinkpad" to avoid envstat hanging
- Hangs on poweroff (after umounting all disks)
