 To follow up on this, tests/crypto/libcrypto/h_ectest also fails on
 sparc64 in exactly these three curves (secp224r1, secp521r1 and
 prime256v1), but all is OK with my patch.
 
 Note that h_ectest is not linked against libcrypto, so just rebuilding
 libcrypto and rerunning h_ectest won't make a difference - instead you
 need to rebuild h_ectest.
