I've added error handling in libarchive to error out
if name_max==0, to avoid crashing.

I've also submitted a pull request to the libarchive upstream
with the same fix:
	https://github.com/libarchive/libarchive/pull/1903

If upstream revises the fix, I'll backport it here
(or we'll get when we upgrade to a release that contains it).
