>Description:
Hello, I have a blue and white G3 Mac and I tried to install NetBSD 9.3 via CDROM and followed the NetBSD install notes (and also used this site https://e17i.github.io/articles-netbsd-install/ )

After partitioning disks for macos, root swap and usr and running newfs on the two ffs partitions and creating fstab, I ran the sysinstall "reinstall" option (due to OpenFirmware 3 on this mac). But right away the installer complained that "No root petition defined. Cannot continue"

I clearly had a / partition but when I used sysint's partition tools (I know you're not supposed to use these for OFW 3 machines but at this point I was ready to try anything) I noticed sysinst seemed to think my root drive was /mnt instead for some reason.

I repeated the process with NetBSD 9.2 and encountered the same error.
