 Since I filed the report, I installed NetBSD 10 Beta on a second
 Raspberry Pi Zero 2W; that unit did not have any network or panic
 issues.
 After running them side by side for several days, I switched the USB
 network adapters, then cleared out stale DHCP records. Since that
 switch (26-Jan-2023), both units have been working, with no network
 ping drops or panics.
 I will continue to run benchmarks with the network adapters flipped,
 then switch them to their original locations to see if the problem
 recurs.
