 That's very odd - these are sets you downloaded?
 
 It is certainly there in both 10_BETA and HEAD debug.tar.xz sets
 in builds I have done for myself (which shouldn't be vastly different
 than the NetBSD builds I think):
 
 tar tzf debug.tar.xz =7C grep altq
 ./usr/lib/librumpnet_altq_g.a
 ./usr/libdata/debug/usr/lib/librumpnet_altq.so.0.0.debug
 ./usr/libdata/debug/usr/sbin/altqd.debug
 ./usr/libdata/debug/usr/sbin/altqstat.debug
 
 The results are the same for both HEAD and 10_BETA (ie: nothing has
 changed since 10 was branched that changes this).
