 touch: /source/.: Operation not supported

 gmake: *** INTERNAL: readdir: Operation not supported.  Stop.
 
 Happy:
 
 # set -x ; ls /source/. ; cd /source ; touch /source/. ; time gmake
 install-base -j4
 + ls /source/.
 .git                      ...
 + cd /source
 + touch /source/.
 + gmake install-base -j4
 ...
