 The specific problem that triggered this report - yes.  But there are
 still more instances of code that does the same cast to long.  The
 question is whether they are problematic, and what do you need to do
 with the TCP connection to trigger the problem.
 
 So in this sense thebug as stated ("Unsigned wraparound in tcp
 sequence number calculations on 64-bit machines") is not fixed.
