 i had a try at applying this, but there's been a re-arrangement
 of the (define_insn "jbb<ccss>i<mode>" ... ) code, and my naive
 attempts to merge this change doesn't build.
 
 unfortunately, we'll have to wait for GCC 11 unless someone else
 backports this fix for us.
