>Description:
the recent current kernel after sys/arch/arm/pic/pic_splfuncs.c rev.1.16
doesn't boot on RPI 3 model A+.
it hangs during boot. the last message before the hang was about bwfm0.

i tried the latest current as of today. but it didn't work either.
the symptom was the same.

my kernel config:

include arch/evbarm/conf/GENERIC
makeoptions DEBUG="-g"
no options INET6
options DEBUG
options DIAGNOSTIC
options LOCKDEBUG
options MBUFTRACE
options INSECURE
no options MULTIPROCESSOR
