Many tests lack copyright information. Some lack RCS ids (e.g.,
t_pwhash.sh, and many more). From a quick glance, the issue seems to be
universal across all BSDs. While I do not particularly care about
copyrights, I suppose the issue makes code sharing/syncing difficult. For
instance, there are some nice tests in OpenBSD that I would like to import,
but the lack of meta-data makes me wonder.
