 The OpenFirmware implementation on macppc is ...limited. The primary
 issue we have is that it requires HFS+ for ISO images and only has very
 limited filesystem support for normal partitions, but I forgot what it
 supports. So the boot procedure I settled on for macppc is to create a
 hybrid ISO image with just the kernel, since that works without any
 complicated kernel changes (modulo the one qemu bug in device
 enumeration). Not sure if ofwboot.elf would work better to get the
 symbol table in.
