Confirmed. A kernel built from sources of this date/time fails to
detect the disks on the siisata(4) device. The changes just after the
merge of jdolecek-ncqfixes don't appear to affect actual operation of
the siisata(4) device or the disks attached to it, so I think there's
something to the merged branch that upsets siisata(4) on this machine.
Earlier in this PR, it is mentioned that siisata(4) works fine for at
least one user following this merge. Alas, it is very broken on my
machine preventing update to netbsd-9.
