This has been fixed, probably by one of these commits:
2020.02.11.03.14.49 riastradh src/sys/kern/kern_lwp.c 1.224
2020.02.11.03.15.10 riastradh src/distrib/sets/lists/tests/mi 1.829
2020.02.11.03.15.10 riastradh src/tests/kernel/Makefile 1.65
2020.02.11.03.15.10 riastradh src/tests/kernel/h_fpufork.c 1.1
2020.02.11.03.15.10 riastradh src/tests/kernel/t_fpufork.sh 1.1
2020.02.11.06.09.48 dogcow src/sys/kern/kern_lwp.c 1.225
There are still failing ptrace test cases on evbarm-aarch64,
(the bytes_transfer_eof_* and core_dump_procinfo test cases of
multiple test programs), but those were already broken at the
time of the regression in early December that this PR was about.
