 Thanks.  I think it was marginal already and a combo of recent changes
 pushed it over the edge:
 
 - rwlock from vnode allocated externally
 - tmpfs /tmp
 - radixtree
 - what else?
 
 Clearly there is also a problem in that the pagedaemon should have reclaimed
 VA - from the show all pools output there are pages to be reclaimed.
