ok i found the real problem
it seems like not x server is causing the issues...
here is what happens:
drm: GPU HANG: ecode -1:0x00000000, reason: Command parser error, iir
0x00028000, action: continue
drm: GPU hangs can indicate a bug anywhere in the entire gfx stack,
including userspace.
drm: Please file a _new_ bug report on bugs.freedesktop.org against DRI
-> DRM/Intel
drm: drm/i915 developers can then reassign to the right component if
it's not a kernel issue.
drm: The gpu crash dump is required to analyze gpu hangs, so please
always attach it.
drm: GPU crash dump saved to /sys/class/drm/card0/error

I have been using just normal terminal stuff without startx everything
in terminal in tty and hangs happen as well... It seems like i have no
choice but go back to linux till i will be able to use NetBSD again
normally ;-(
Thanks
