 Seems to be triggered by the npm package build as that s the point where 
 the build log stopped. This is 100% repeatable for me with 3 builds 
 generating 3 crashes with the same panic.
 
 Removing npm from my package list stops the failure. I don't think its 
 node related as I'm running a fair amount of node stuff on this system 
 without any issues at all.
