Ping is not taking 300 seconds. If I run "./t_arp arp_rtm" and
suspend it after a minute or so, ps shows no ping process, but
there is a "rump.route -n monitor -c 1" process, so presumably
the test is hanging in the "wait $pid" waiting for that rump.route
process.
